Trail Run

You know I am stressed when I feel almost exactly the same at the end of a trail run as when I started it. No feelings of elation, no relaxness of the neck muscles. Satsified that I did the run, enjoyed it, but I'm missing that feeling that I normally get.

Oh well, hopefully things will be sorted out in the next few weeks and I will have a positive change to remark upon.


  1. I also get that way when I focus too much on my time and pace instead of just enjoying the run. Could that be happening?

  2. Hang in there. Sometimes ya just have to ease up a touch to find it more enjoyable (and perhaps even faster!).
