A new Month!

 




It's the start of a new month, and I am charged up to do what I have been striving for all year: Improve.

This month is to focus on better eating.   I've slipped off the bandwagon for the last couple of months.

I am going to try and eat less processed food.  No, I am not doing the Whole 30;  I am just going to focus on eating real food.  Stay away from the breads.  Eat more fruit and veg.  Eat alot more fruit and veg!


30 Day Plank Challenge: It's less than one minute of my time.  Today is hold a plank for 20 seconds.  I think I can do that!
